Wheel thrown using hand foraged clays and ashes processed in my studio. Although less common in the modern household, these pouring forms were used in antiquity for many functions. Known as Sugu in Korea or Katakuchi in Japan, these forms are Ideal for decanting tea, spirits, or any liquid.
The ash glaze will develop a subtle patina with use.
