Made using hand foraged clays and ashes processed in my studio. These antique forms invite slowing down to take part in small rituals. Known as Hwa-byeong or "flower bottle" in Korea. This series was glazed with rice straw ashes and local kaolin resulting in warmer pastel hues. Ideal for wet or dry flower arrangements. Watertight and food safe.
The ash glaze will develop a subtle patina with use. Hand wash only.
